NEW Fall Lever

Improved operability and winding sensitivity. New shape and new mechanism: NEW Fall Lever.

The NEW Fall Lever adopts a new shape with a depression on the top surface to improve fit. It allows for instant, delicate adjustments as needed, enhancing operability, and incorporates a one-way roller bearing inside to maintain ease of winding. It provides a light winding feeling even when fall tension is applied, without sacrificing smoothness.


High-durability clutch

Shimano's clutch, known for its high durability, features a special surface treatment on the pinion gear to further improve durability and salt resistance. The reliability of the clutch is even stronger. The design philosophy aiming for a truly usable reel is reflected here.


High corrosion-resistant internal parts
