**Usage and Dosage:**

**How to use:**
- Take the jelly by dissolving it in the mouth before or between meals.
- **Adults (15 years and older):** 1 packet, 3 times a day.
- **Under 15 years:** Do not use.

**Method:**
1. Stand the package upright, cut along the tear line at the opening.
2. Squeeze out the jelly with your fingers and swallow.
