**Things Not to Do**

**Consult Before Use**

- Skin: Rash, redness, itching
- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, abdominal bloating, severe diarrhea with abdominal pain
- Nervous system: Dizziness
- Others: Sweating, palpitations, swelling, headache

Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.

- Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting oneself, cough, fever, appearing suddenly or persisting.
- Pseudoaldosteronism, Myopathy: Weakness, numbness, stiffness, or rigidity in limbs, along with fatigue and muscle pain, gradually worsening.
- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- Mesenteric venous sclerosis: Repeated abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal bloating from long-term use.

3. After taking the medication, symptoms such as diarrhea or constipation may occur. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet.

4. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use (or about one week if used for constipation), discontinue and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet.

**Efficacy and Effects**
Suitable for individuals with:
- Adequate physical strength, excess subcutaneous fat around the abdomen, and tendency toward constipation.
Conditions include:
- Hypertension and obesity-related symptoms such as palpitations, shoulder stiffness, hot flashes, swelling, constipation, sinusitis (paranasal sinusitis), eczema, dermatitis, acne, and obesity.

**Usage and Dosage**
Take the following amount three times daily before meals or between meals with water or warm water.
Adults (15 years and older): 4 tablets per dose.
Not for use by children under 15 years.
