For those 12 years and older, insert 1 piece (30g) into the rectum at a time. (as written on 30g)
For those 6 years and older but under 12, insert 1 piece (20g) into the rectum at a time. (as written on 20g)
For those 1 year and older but under 6, insert 1 piece (10g) into the rectum at a time. Also, when used for infants under 1 year, measure about half of 1 piece (about 5g) using the 1/2 line of the container and insert into the rectum. (as written on 10g)
If there is no effect, repeat the same amount again.
