**Features**This medication contains testosterone, a male hormone, as its active ingredient.In males, testosterone secretion generally rises sharply from the secondary sexual characteristic development stage and remains vigorous until around age 30. After that, it declines with aging, notably decreasing from the late 40s onward. The onset of symptoms associated with decreased sexual function—such as male menopause and depression in old age—becomes more common from this period. Additionally, not only aging but also factors like stress can cause a sudden decline in secretion.This cream is designed to supplement the deficiency of male hormones through the skin, aiming to improve symptoms caused by insufficient secretion.
**Precautions (Things Not to Do)**(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen or side effects may become more likely)
1. Do not use if you are:(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to any ingredients of this product.(2) Someone who, after squeezing about 5mm of the cream from the tube and applying it to a thin-skinned area such as the inner thigh, develops symptoms like skin rash, redness, itching, dermatitis, swelling the next day.(3) Someone with androgen-dependent tumors (e.g., prostate tumor, malignant breast tumor) or suspected of having one.(4) Pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, or breastfeeding women.(5) Children (follow a doctor’s judgment).(6) Someone with benign prostatic hypertrophy accompanied by difficulty urinating.(7) Someone with a prostate examination showing prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels of 2.0 ng/mL or higher (follow a doctor’s judgment).- Testosterone, the active ingredient, may promote the progression of prostate tumors.- Men aged 50 and over have a higher incidence of prostate tumors, so a prostate examination is necessary before use.- Regular examinations are required for ongoing users.- If abnormal findings are observed, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.(8) People with sleep apnea syndrome.
2. Do not apply to:(1) Eyes, around the eyes, mucous membranes (mouth, nostrils, etc.).(2) Tip of the penis (urethral opening).(3) Areas with wounds, inflammation, eczema, dermatitis, or pus.
3. Do not use any other medications containing male hormones while using this product.

**Efficacy and Effects**Addresses symptoms caused by insufficient secretion of male hormones, such as nerve weakness of the genitalia, including decreased erectile function, premature ejaculation, penile atony, decreased libido, reduced sexual sensation, nocturnal emission, absence of testes, and congenital testicular hypoplasia. Also treats cryptorchidism with inactive hypothalamic-pituitary gonadotropin, female pubic hair loss, and suppression of breast milk secretion.
**Usage and Dosage**Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area and rub in.
