While taking this medicine, do not use any other medicines such as other antipyretic or analgesic medicines, cold medicines, or sedatives.3. **[Severe Symptoms and Conditions]**- Shock (Anaphylaxis): Symptoms appear immediately after taking, including skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.- Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (Erythema Multiforme): High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash and redness that persist or worsen rapidly.- Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis: Similar to above, with high fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash and redness.- Liver Dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.- Kidney Damage: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- Aseptic Meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (more common in those treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.- Aplastic Anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.- Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
