Product Introduction
Simply mix with rice and cook to enjoy a flavorful mixed rice with domestic mushrooms. Contains domestic maitake, bunashimeji, shiitake, and eringi mushrooms. Uses naturally brewed seasonings. Does not contain animal-derived ingredients. Suitable for 2 cups of rice (serves 2-3 people). How to prepare: 1. Use 2 cups (300g) of rice, and reduce the usual water amount by 1/3 cup (60cc). 2. The product contains both ingredients and seasoning liquid together, so open the package and add directly. 3. Cook normally, and once cooked, gently mix. 4. Adding yuba, mitsuba, etc., will improve the appearance and enhance the flavor.
