Take the following amount with water or warm water on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.
Start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement and condition.

- Adults (15 years and older): 3-4 capsules per dose, twice daily.
- Under 15 years: Do not use.
