This is a "Tom Yum Kung Base" made with a base of chicken bone and shrimp umami, with the addition of chili peppers and herbs (lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves), finished with a refreshing citrus flavor.

Fish sauce (seafood) (made in Thailand), sugar, salt, chicken extract, starch syrup, concentrated lemon juice, vegetable oil, shrimp extract, tomato paste, garlic, lemongrass, chili pepper, krill extract, onion, kaffir lime leaves, coriander / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), thickener (xanthan gum), paprika coloring, (contains shrimp, wheat, soybeans, chicken, fish sauce (seafood) in part)
How to Use
● For soup or hot pot, dilute this product with water or chicken broth at a ratio of 1:4. (Adjust the amount to your preference) ● For stir-fries, use as is.
[How to make Tom Yum Kung Soup (for 1 serving)]
- Peeled shrimp: 3 pieces
- Onion: 30g
- Straw mushrooms (canned): 3 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes: 3 pieces
- Coriander: appropriate amount
- This product: 50ml
- Water: 200ml
[1] Cut the cherry tomatoes and straw mushrooms in half, and cut the onion into 2cm cubes.
[2] Add this product diluted with water and the ingredients to a pot, heat, and once cooked, transfer to a bowl.
[3] Top with coriander and it's ready.
*This product (1 bottle, 500ml, approx. 580g) makes about 10 servings.
[How to make Tom Yum Kung Hot Pot (for 2 servings)]
- Peeled shrimp: 4 pieces
- Shrimp meatballs: 4 pieces
- Water dumplings: 2 pieces
- Boiled bamboo shoots: 30g
- Straw mushrooms (canned): 3 pieces
- Coriander: appropriate amount
- Vermicelli: 10g
- This product: 40ml
- Water: 160ml
[1] Rehydrate the vermicelli in water, thinly slice the boiled bamboo shoots, and cut the straw mushrooms in half.
[2] Add [1] and other ingredients to a pot, heat with this product diluted with water, and once the ingredients are cooked, top with coriander and it's ready.
*This product (1 bottle, 500ml, approx. 580g) makes about 12 hot pots.
