Usage Instructions
● Ingredient example (for 3-4 servings): 400g of beef offal (if using boiled offal, 200g), 1/2 head of cabbage (about 500g), 2 bunches of garlic chives, 150ml of this product, 600ml of hot water or broth. You can also combine other ingredients such as pork, chicken, seafood, tofu, etc., to your liking. Dilute this product with hot water or broth at a ratio of 5-6 times before use.
● How to make:【1】In a pot, add 1 part of this product and 4-5 parts of hot water or broth, bring to a boil, then add the offal. Adjust the dilution ratio according to your preference.【2】Once the offal is cooked through, add the cabbage. Finally, add the garlic chives, bring to a boil again, and it's ready. ※You can also enjoy adding noodles or rice according to your preference. One bottle of this product (1L, approximately 1,190g) can make about 6 pots (about 24 servings) of motsunabe.
