[About Use][How to Use]- The usage method varies depending on the type of termite and the purpose. Please select the usage method that suits your situation. The most important thing is to get the termites to find this product. Please refer to the enclosed guidebook in advance.(1) For extermination purposes- Bury several Termite Hunters in the ground, focusing on areas where winged termites have appeared or affected areas (tunnels, mounds).* If you can install the Termite Hunter directly on the affected area (tunnel, mound), fix it with adhesive tape or the like.(2) For prevention purposes- Bury one Termite Hunter at a time in the ground, focusing on areas around water sources such as kitchens and bathrooms, at intervals of 1-2 meters, with the top slightly exposed. The wider the installation range and the narrower the installation interval (more units installed), the easier it is for termites to find it, and the higher the preventive effect.(3) For extermination and prevention (common)- After installation, open the lid and check the contents once every 1-2 months.- The effect lasts for a maximum of 2 years after installation. Replace promptly with new ones if they have been in place for more than 2 years, or if the paper inside has been eaten by termites or has deteriorated.- If no effect is observed after a long time from installation, increase the number of units installed.- Can be installed regardless of season (termites are active from spring to autumn). We recommend continuous installation every year to protect your home from damage by newly invading termites.
