[Synopsis]
Sawada, a fine arts graduate who couldn't make a living through art, works as an assistant to a popular contemporary artist. He shows no signs of independence, nor the motivation to do so, and simply goes through the motions of what he's told. One day, he gets into an accident on his commute and loses his job due to an injury to his arm.
Returning to his room, he finds a single ant on the floor. Guided by this ant, he draws a "Maru" (circle), which unknowingly spreads on social media, making him instantly famous as the anonymous artist "Sawada." Suddenly, "Sawada" becomes a well-known figure, but he gradually becomes obsessed with the "Maru"...
