Kudo, Naoko
Naoko Kudo. Poet, children's story writer. Continues to write about children's senses and hearts, and the presence of living things in poems and stories. Winner of the Sankei Children's Publishing Culture Award, the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Art Encouragement Prize for New Artists, the Iwaya Sazanami Literary Award, the Noma Children's Literature Award, and others.
Hotehama, Takashi
Takashi Hotehama. After working as an art and craft teacher at junior high and elementary schools in Itami City, he moved to Yamaguchi Prefecture to pursue painting. Since then, he has been creating oil paintings and prints. Based on Naoko Kudo's poetry collection "Nohara Uta," he has been creating the "Nohara Uta Calendar" annually since 1987.
