◆How to Use
Approximately 700g of pickled shallots can be made with 500ml of this product.
●How to Pickle Shallots
Trim the tops and bottoms of fresh shallots, wash them with water, and immerse them in boiling water while stirring (10-20 seconds).Drain well in a colander and pickle once cooled.They will be lightly pickled in 10 days, and fully pickled after about 20 days.
●How to Make Pickles
Dilute this product with boiled and cooled water at a 1:1 ratio before use.Sliced onions can be eaten after 1 hour, and bell peppers after 1 day.
●As a Seasoning
Combine with other seasonings for dishes such as marinades, nanban-zuke (sweet and sour fried fish), and lightly simmered dishes. It can also be used to make dressings and sweet and sour sauces.
