In porting to PlayStation (R) 4 / PlayStation (R) Vita, almost all graphic data has been upgraded to high resolution. This not only enhances the overall realism of the game but also improves the visibility of gimmicks and items during escape parts, allowing for a more comfortable gaming experience.

Voice implementation in '9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors'
In this version, voice acting has been newly added to '9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors'. Similar to 'Virtue's Last Reward', conversations in the novel parts are fully voiced. Junpei (C.V. Tatsuya Suzuki) and Purple (C.V. Miyuki Sawashiro), who also appeared in the third series installment 'ZERO ESCAPE: The Dilemma of the Time', continue to be voiced by the same cast. This allows for seamless gameplay across the series. Additionally, both works now include English voice options, providing a different atmosphere from the Japanese audio.
*There is no voice for Sigma, the protagonist of 'Virtue's Last Reward'.

Flowchart added to '9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors'
One of the charms of this series is the complex branching storylines, but to play all routes of '9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors', multiple playthroughs were necessary. Therefore, this version adds a flowchart to '9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors'. You can check points where the scenario branches on the flowchart and return to scenes you've already played to replay them.
