■ Consult Before Use

■ Indications and Effects
Menopause, blood stagnation syndrome, menstrual irregularities, cold sensitivity, and related symptoms such as:
Menstrual pain, lower back pain, headache, hot flashes, shoulder stiffness, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, numbness in hands and feet, coldness, poor complexion, constipation, swelling.

【Note on Efficacy and Effects】
"Blood stagnation syndrome" refers to mental and physical symptoms that appear due to hormonal fluctuations in women, such as during menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and menopause, including mental anxiety and irritability.

■ Usage and Dosage
For adults, take one sachet per day, divided into four doses as follows:
- The first and second doses: Add about 180 mL of hot water, shake well, and drink warm before breakfast and lunch.
- The third and fourth doses: Add about 270 mL of water, decoct to half the volume, and drink warm before dinner and before bedtime.

■ Storage and Handling Precautions
