■ Do Not Take If1. Do not take if you fall into any of the following categories:(1) Have had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Have experienced asthma after taking this drug or other antipyretic/analgesic or cold medicines.(3) Under 15 years old.(4) Receiving treatment at a medical institution for: stomach or duodenal ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease.(5) Diagnosed with blood abnormalities (such as anemia with low red blood cell count, bleeding tendency with low platelet count, or low white blood cell count).(6) Pregnant within 12 weeks of expected delivery date.
2. Do not take any other medications such as other antipyretic/analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives while taking this drug.3. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking the medication.4. Do not take continuously for a long period.(If symptoms such as pain recur after 3-5 days of use, discontinue and consult a doctor.)
■ Consult Before Use1. Consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking if you are:(1) Under medical treatment.(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(3) Breastfeeding.(4) Elderly.(5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(6) Diagnosed with: bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.(7) Have had: stomach or duodenal ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease, blood disorders.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, there is a possibility of side effects. Immediately stop taking the drug and consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist with this document:(1) Symptoms such as excessive lowering of body temperature, collapse, cold extremities after taking an antipyretic/analgesic like this.(2) Development of peptic ulcers or swelling. Rarely, serious symptoms such as gastrointestinal bleeding (vomiting blood, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, black tarry stools, bloody stools), gastrointestinal perforation (holes in the digestive tract, with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal pain), or stenosis/obstruction of the small or large intestine (symptoms like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, bloating) may occur. Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.(3) After taking, if any of the following symptoms appear:- Skin: Rash, redness, itching- Digestive system: Abdominal pain, indigestion, loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, bloating, heartburn, stomatitis, indigestion- Circulatory system: Elevated blood pressure, palpitations- Nervous system: Drowsiness, numbness, dizziness, headache- Others: Chest pain, fatigue, facial flushing, fever, anemia, hematuria
Serious symptoms that may occur include:- Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness occurring immediately after taking.- Blood disorders: Sore throat, fever, general fatigue, paleness of face or eyelids, easy bleeding (gum bleeding, nosebleeds), bruising.- Stevens-Johnson syndrome: High fever, conjunctivitis, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, blisters on red skin, which may persist or worsen rapidly.- Toxic epidermal necrolysis: Similar severe skin reactions with high fever, conjunctivitis, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash, blisters.- Erythema multiforme: High fever, conjunctivitis, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash, blisters.- Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- Congestive heart failure: Fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, fainting.- Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting, dry cough, fever, which may appear suddenly or persist.- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- Rhabdomyolysis: Muscle pain in limbs, shoulders, waist; numbness, weakness, stiffness, fatigue, dark reddish urine.- Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea/vomiting, especially reported in patients treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
3. After taking, if symptoms such as dry mouth, constipation, or diarrhea occur, and persist or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor or pharmacist.4. If symptoms do not improve after 1-2 doses (other diseases may be involved), discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.
■ Indications and Effects- Pain relief for headache, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), toothache, post-extraction pain, sore throat, back pain, joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, ear pain, bruises, fractures, sprains, and other injuries.- Fever reduction during chills and fever.
■ Usage and DosageTake the following amount with water or lukewarm water:Age: Adult (15 years and older)Single dose: 1 tabletFrequency: Up to 2 times per day.Take when symptoms appear, preferably on an empty stomach.If symptoms recur, a third dose can be taken.Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.
Children under 15: Do not take.
Usage and Dosage Precautions:(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and method.(2) How to take out the tablet: Press firmly on the protruding part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet with your fingertips, break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet.(Accidentally swallowing the tablet whole or improper handling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa.)
