■ FeaturesImproves recurring severe headaches◆ Naron Ace PREMIUM is an analgesic and antipyretic medicine formulated with two types of fever and pain relief ingredients plus a gastric mucosa protective component.◆ It contains ibuprofen, which blocks the source of pain, and etenzamide, which blocks pain transmission, with a maximum daily dose of 1500 mg (*), making it effective even for recurring severe headaches. (*As a fever and pain reliever from our company)◆ Dried aluminum hydroxide gel protects the gastric mucosa and prevents stomach irritation.
■ Do Not Do These Things(Doing so may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents)1. Do not take if you are:(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Someone who has experienced asthma after taking this or other fever/pain medications or cold medicines.(3) Children under 15 years old.(4) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of expected delivery.2. ■ Consult Before Use1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking if you are:(1) Under medical or dental treatment.(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(3) Breastfeeding.(4) Elderly.(5) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(6) Diagnosed with: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.(7) Have had: gastric or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.2. Serious symptoms may occur rarely. If they do, seek immediate medical attention.*Names and symptoms:*- Shock (Anaphylaxis): Immediate symptoms include skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.- Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash/redness that persists or worsens rapidly.- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (more common in those treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.- Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.- Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
3. If any of the following symptoms occur after taking, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional:- Constipation4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional.
■ Indications and Effects◆ Pain relief for:- Headache, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), toothache, post-extraction pain, back pain, shoulder stiffness, muscle pain, joint pain, bruises, sprains (sprain pain), fracture pain, trauma pain, neuralgia, sore throat pain, ear pain.◆ Fever and chills (due to fever), antipyretic effect during fever.
■ Usage and DosageTake the following amount with water or lukewarm water, preferably avoiding on an empty stomach.Interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.
