Art that brings "elegant tranquility" to your daily life.
The "pokkuri" clogs worn by maiko as they gracefully walk through the flower district.
Pokkuri, being tall footwear, make large movements difficult. They contribute to the maiko's elegant and refined gestures.
Maiko embody the culture, crafts, and performing arts cultivated over many years in the city of Kyoto.
Everyone is captivated by their vibrant appearance.
This woodblock print features a color scheme that evokes a refined atmosphere, depicting a maiko dancing elegantly while looking straight ahead with dignity.
"Warm presence" of hand-printed woodblock prints."Hand-printed woodblock prints" from Takezasa-do, a long-established Kyoto studio. Using traditional hand-printing woodblock techniques, each print is carefully made one by one, allowing you to enjoy a unique, one-of-a-kind texture.
The size is slightly larger than a postcard. It stands out even in compact spaces like on a desk, making it a beautiful addition to any room, whether it's the living room, entryway, or hallway.
【Recommended for】
