■How to Drink
Adjust the amount of water according to your preference.
Since this is a food product, you may enjoy it at any time.
**"Brewing in a kettle"**
Place one tea bag into about 500cc to 700cc of water or boiling hot water. After boiling, simmer for about 5 to 15 minutes or longer to fully extract, then enjoy. Leaving the bag in will enhance the flavor, but if it becomes too strong, remove the bag.
**"For iced tea"**
After brewing as above, cool with cold water, transfer to a PET bottle or water pot, and refrigerate to chill before drinking.
**"Cold water brewing"**
Place one bag into a water pot, add about 300cc to 500cc of water, and refrigerate for about 15 to 30 minutes to make cold Dokudami tea.
**"Using a teapot"**
Put one bag into your teapot, pour in the desired amount of hot water, and enjoy. For a stronger flavor, pour slowly; for a milder taste, pour quickly into a cup.
