■ How to EnjoyAdjust the amount of water to your preference.This product is a food item, so you can consume it at any time.
"When decocting with a kettle"Place 1 bag in approximately 200cc to 400cc of boiling water, reduce to low heat, and decoct thoroughly for about 5 minutes or longer. Drink several times a day. If the taste becomes too strong with the bag left in, remove the bag.
"For iced tea"After decocting as described above, let it cool, transfer to a PET bottle or water pitcher, and chill in the refrigerator before drinking.
