[How to Decoction]Use a clay pot, enamel pot, kettle, or heat-resistant glass pot for decocting. Using a commercially available decoction pot is very convenient.× Iron, copper, or aluminum pots.① Add 3g of this product and approximately 600ml of water to a pot as a daily standard and heat.Supplement: The amount is only a guideline. Please adjust to your preferred concentration.② Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes until the amount of water is halved.③ Filter with a tea strainer or similar and transfer to a heat-resistant pot, like one used for barley tea.④ The decocted Reishi mushrooms can be further finely sliced and used in the same way as above. Transfer to the same container repeatedly for the second and third decoctions.Supplement: If you do this 4 times, the total extracted liquid will be just under 2 liters, which is about a week's supply.
