For the first time in the series, an open audition was held, attracting over 2,000 applicants. Cast members were selected based on a strict meritocracy emphasizing "acting ability," "singing ability," and "chemistry with the role," resulting in a cast that portrays a cruel story of young girls.

◆INTRODUCTION
The TRUMP series is a theatrical work created by playwright Ken-ichi Suemitsu, launched in 2009 as his lifelong project.
It depicts the adolescence—referred to as "miyuki" (cocoon stage)—of vampire boys and girls who crave life, set in a series of gothic fantasy plays. The original work "TRUMP" is the starting point, followed by productions such as "LILIUM -少女純潔歌劇-," "SPECTER," "Grand Guignol," "Marigold," "COCOON: The Moon's Shadow, The Star," "Black World: Rain Chapter & Weather Chapter," and "Verrakka."
The latest production, "LILIUM -少女純潔歌劇-," is a revised version of the legendary "LILIUM" that has been popular among fans since its debut in 2014. It features an enhanced script and new songs, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the series.
Music is composed by Shunsuke Wada, who has also created numerous songs for the TRUMP series.
◆STORY
In a sanatorium deep within a continuously rainy forest, there exists a place called "Clan," where vampire boys and girls in their "miyuki" (adolescent) stage live and recover.
A girl named Silvethica disappears from the Clan. Lily, her friend, searches for her, but none of the sanatorium's members remember her. Is Silvethica a hallucination born from Lily's imagination?
Lily begins to doubt, but learns that a girl named Snow remembers Silvethica. Additionally, a boy named Fars approaches Lily.
As the secrets of the girls are revealed, a cruel fate unfolds—opening the door to a tragic destiny.
