熊澤酒造とは
熊澤酒造は、明治5年に創業。長い歴史を持ち、現在は湘南で最後の酒蔵となった希少な蔵元です。日本酒や湘南ビールを作っています。地元 湘南の素材、風土を大切にし、敷地内で汲み上げた井戸水を用いて酒造り。手作りの少量生産による良質な酒を今も造り続けています。
