How to Apply Properly:

- Shoulder pain associated with stiff shoulders, lower back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, tenosynovitis (hand/wrist pain), tennis elbow, bruises, sprains.

**Usage and Dosage:**
- Peel off the plastic film and apply to the affected area up to twice a day.

**Usage Precautions:**
- Follow the recommended usage and dosage.
- This medication does not treat the underlying disease causing pain or swelling; it only alleviates symptoms. Use only when symptoms are present.
- Wipe the area dry if sweating or wet before applying.
- People with sensitive skin should test on a small area (about 1-2cm square) on the inside of the arm for half a day to check for adverse reactions before full use.
- Do not use for more than two weeks continuously.

**Ingredients and Quantities (per 100g of ointment):**
- Indometacin: 1.0g — a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent that relieves muscle and joint pain.
- Arnica tincture (equivalent to 0.2g Arnica): 1mL — derived from the Asteraceae family, reduces inflammation and pain.
- L-Menthol: 1.2g — provides a cooling sensation and relieves pain.

**Contains:**
- 35mg of indometacin per patch.

**Additives:**
Polyvinyl alcohol (partially saponified), methyl methacrylate-acrylic acid copolymer resin, polyethylene glycol phenyl ether, partially neutralized polyacrylic acid, carmellose sodium, sorbitan oleate, glycerin, D-sorbitol, sodium bisulfite, sodium edetate, thymol, dihydroxyaluminum aminoacetate, lactic acid, macrogol, diisopropyl adipate.

**Storage and Handling Precautions:**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, sealed tightly.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers to prevent misuse or quality deterioration.
- After opening, store unused patches in the original bag, seal tightly, and keep away from moisture.
