Features:
Noshin Pure is a pain reliever and fever reducer that quickly suppresses the production of prostaglandins, substances that cause pain and fever. It contains ibuprofen, which provides excellent analgesic and antipyretic effects, along with allyl isopropyl acetylurea and anhydrous caffeine to enhance its efficacy.

**Precautions for Use**

**Do not use if:**
- You have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.
- You have experienced asthma triggered by this or other antipyretic/analgesic medications or cold medicines.
- You are under 15 years old.
- You are pregnant within 12 weeks of your due date.

**While taking this medication:**
- Do not take other antipyretic or analgesic medicines, cold medicines, sedatives, or motion sickness remedies.
- Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (drowsiness may occur).
- Do not consume alcohol before or after taking.
- Do not use for long-term continuous treatment.

**Consultation advised if:**
- You are undergoing medical treatment or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are elderly.
- You have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- You have been diagnosed with heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, or mixed connective tissue disease.
- You have had stomach or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn’s disease.

**If any of the following symptoms occur after taking:**
Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller.

*Possible side effects include:*
- Skin: rash, redness, itching, bruising
- Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool
- Nervous system: dizziness
- Circulatory: palpitations
- Respiratory: shortness of breath
- Others: blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, nosebleed, gum bleeding, bleeding that is hard to stop, bleeding, back pain, excessive lowering of body temperature, fatigue

*Rare but serious reactions:*
- Shock (anaphylaxis): itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness occurring immediately after taking.
- Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis: high fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash or redness that persists or worsens rapidly.
- Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice, dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.
- Kidney impairment: fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
- Aseptic meningitis: severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (more common in those with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).
- Asthma: wheezing, whistling, difficulty breathing.
- Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.
- Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.

**If symptoms such as:**
Constipation or drowsiness persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

**If no improvement after 5-6 days of use:**
Stop use and consult a healthcare professional.

**Efficacy and Indications:**
- Relief of menstrual pain, headache, lower back pain, toothache, sore throat, joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, shoulder stiffness, post-extraction pain, bruise pain, ear pain, fracture pain, sprain pain, injury pain.
- Fever reduction during chills and fever.

- Take the following dose, preferably avoiding fasting.
- Wait at least 4 hours between doses.

**Precautions for Dosage:**
- Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and instructions.
- How to take tablets:
- As shown in the diagram, press firmly on the protrusions of the PTP sheet containing the tablets to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow.
- Do not swallow the tablets directly without breaking the foil, as this may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other accidents.

- Ibuprofen: 150 mg — acts on the source of pain and fever, providing excellent analgesic and antipyretic effects.
- Allyl isopropyl acetylurea: 60 mg — enhances the pain-relieving effect of ibuprofen, alleviating menstrual pain and headaches.
- Anhydrous caffeine: 80 mg — supports the analgesic effect and relieves headaches.

Contains excipients such as anhydrous silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-linked CMC-Na, cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, talc, macrogol, and carnauba wax.

**Storage and Handling:**
