**Precautions for Use**

**Do Not Use If:**
- You have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
- You have experienced asthma.
- You are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
- You are under 15 years old.

**Do Not Apply To:**
- Around the eyes, mucous membranes, or other sensitive areas.
- Eczema, dermatitis, wounds.
- Tinea, athlete’s foot, or infected areas with pus.

**Other Warnings:**
- Do not use concurrently with other external analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs.
- Do not use for more than 2 consecutive weeks.

**Consultation Required Before Use If:**
- You are under medical treatment.
- You are using other medicines.
- You have had allergic reactions to medicines or cosmetics.
- You have experienced skin irritation or rash from patches.
- You have been diagnosed with peptic ulcers, blood disorders, liver or kidney disease, hypertension, heart disease, or influenza.
- You are taking medications such as quinolone antibiotics, triamterene, lithium, methotrexate, NSAIDs, steroids, diuretics, cyclosporine, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
- You are elderly.

**If Symptoms Appear During Use:**
- Discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box.
- Possible symptoms include:
- Skin: rash, redness, itching, swelling, pain, burning sensation, skin irritation, pigmentation, blisters, peeling.
- Rarely, severe reactions such as:
- Shock (anaphylaxis): immediate symptoms include itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.
- Contact dermatitis, photosensitivity: severe itching, rash, redness, swelling, irritation, blisters, erosion, pigmentation, leukoderma, or widespread symptoms. Symptoms may appear or worsen with sun exposure.

**If no improvement after 5-6 days of use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.**

**Efficacy and Indications**
- For back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, joint pain, tenosynovitis (hand/wrist pain), tennis elbow, bruises, sprains.

**Directions for Use**
- Remove the plastic film and apply 1-2 patches to the affected area once daily.
- Do not use more than 2 patches at a time.
- Do not combine with other topical analgesic/anti-inflammatory agents.

**Precautions for Application:**
- Do not use on children under 15.
- Follow the prescribed dosage and application.
- This medication only alleviates symptoms; it does not treat the underlying condition.
- Do not heat the applied area with kotatsu, electric blankets, etc.
- Remove the patch at least 1 hour before bathing; wait about 30 minutes after bathing before reapplying.
- For sensitive skin, test on a small area (inner arm) for half a day to check for adverse reactions before full use.
- Do not apply repeatedly to the same area.
- Do not keep the patch on for more than 24 hours.
- Ensure the skin is dry and clean before application.
- Do not use with other topical medications on the same site.

- L-menthol: 3.5g
- Nonyl alcohol amide: 0.01g
- Contains additives: styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, terpene resin, BHT, polyisobutylene, liquid paraffin, and two other components.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers.
- Do not use expired products.
- Store unused patches in the original bag, fold the opening securely.
