Fetaz Zα Jikusasu Gel is a transdermal analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent containing 1.0% of the highly effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic ingredient "Diclofenac Sodium."
- The active ingredient, Diclofenac Sodium, provides excellent relief for pain in shoulders, waist, joints, and muscles.
- Uses a refreshing alcohol gel base, making it easy to apply and quick to dry.
- Mildly fragrant, so it can be used without concern for odor affecting those around you.

**Precautions for Use**
**Do not use if:**
- You have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.
- You have experienced asthma.
- You are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
- You are under 15 years old.

**Do not apply to:**
- Around the eyes, mucous membranes, or other sensitive areas.
- Fragile skin areas (face, scalp, armpits, etc.).
- Eczema, dermatitis, wounds.
- Tinea infections, boils, or suppurating areas.

**During use:**
- Do not use other external analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs simultaneously.
- Do not use for long-term continuous application.

**Consultation:**
- Before use, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller if you:
- Are undergoing medical treatment.
- Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other drugs.
- Are taking the following medications:
- New quinolone antibiotics.

**If any of the following symptoms appear after use:**
- Discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional with this instruction leaflet.

**Possible side effects:**
- **Skin reactions:** Rash, redness, itching, dermatitis, swelling, pain, skin irritation, pigmentation, blisters, peeling.
- **Rarely, severe symptoms may occur on the back side; seek medical attention immediately.**

**Symptoms include:**
- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Immediate symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.
- **Contact dermatitis, photosensitivity:** Severe skin reactions including intense itching, rash, redness, swelling, irritation, blisters, erosion, pigmentation, or leukoderma. Symptoms may spread throughout the body or worsen with sun exposure.

**If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use:**
- Stop use and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet.

**Efficacy and Indications**
- For lower back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, joint pain, tenosynovitis (hand/wrist pain), tennis elbow, bruises, sprains.

**Usage and Dosage**
- Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 3-4 times daily.
- Do not cover the application site with occlusive materials like plastic wrap.
- Do not use other external analgesics simultaneously.
- Do not exceed 50g per week.
- Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water and seek ophthalmic care if symptoms are severe.
- For external use only.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Follow the prescribed amount and frequency strictly.
- Do not use on children under 15.
- Do not use if the condition is caused by an underlying disease requiring treatment.
- Wash hands after application.

**Ingredients (per 100g):**
- Diclofenac Sodium: 1.0g
- L-Menthol: 4.5g
- Glycyrrhetinic Acid: 0.05g
- Nonyl Alcohol Wanylurea: 0.02g
- Additives include ethanol, diethanolamine, hydrophobic hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, capsaicin extract, BHT, hydroxypropyl cellulose, propylene glycol, polyoxyethylene behenyl ether, and three other components.

**Storage and Handling:**
- Store in a cool, shaded place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers.
- Keep away from fire.
- Avoid contact with metals (glasses, watches, jewelry), synthetic fibers, plastics, painted surfaces of floors and furniture to prevent deterioration or discoloration.
- Do not use expired products.
