**Precautions for Use**

**Do Not Use If:**
- You have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
- You have experienced asthma.
- You are pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
- You are under 15 years old.

**Do Not Apply To:**
- Around the eyes, mucous membranes, or other sensitive areas.
- Eczema, dermatitis, wounds.
- Tinea, athlete’s foot, or infected areas with pus.

**Other Warnings:**
- Do not use concurrently with other external analgesic and anti-inflammatory medications.
- Do not use for more than 2 weeks continuously.

**Consultation Required Before Use If:**
- You are under medical treatment.
- You are using other medications.
- You have a history of allergic reactions to medicines or adhesives.
- You have experienced skin irritation or rash from tape use.
- You have been diagnosed with peptic ulcers, blood disorders, liver or kidney disease, hypertension, heart disease, or influenza.
- You are taking medications such as fluoroquinolone antibiotics, triamterene, lithium, methotrexate, NSAIDs, steroids, diuretics, cyclosporine, or SSRIs.
- You are elderly.

**If any of the following symptoms occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this box:**

*Related areas and symptoms:*
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, swelling, pain, burning sensation, skin irritation, pigmentation, blisters, peeling (fine skin flakes).

*Rare but serious adverse reactions:*
- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Symptoms appear immediately after use, including itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.
- **Contact dermatitis, photosensitivity:** Severe skin reactions such as intense itching, rash, redness, swelling, irritation, blisters, erosion, pigmentation, or leukoderma at the application site. Symptoms may spread or worsen with sun exposure.

**If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.**

**Efficacy and Indications**
- For back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, joint pain, tenosynovitis (hand/wrist pain), tennis elbow, bruises, sprains.

**Directions for Use**
- Remove the plastic film and apply 1-2 patches to the affected area once daily.
- Do not use more than 2 patches at a time.
- Do not combine with other topical analgesic/anti-inflammatory agents containing the same active ingredient.

**Usage Precautions:**
- Do not allow children under 15 to use.
- Follow the prescribed dosage and application instructions.
- This medication only alleviates symptoms; it does not treat the underlying condition.
- Do not heat the applied area with kotatsu, electric blankets, etc.
- Remove the patch at least 1 hour before bathing; wait about 30 minutes after bathing before reapplying.
- For sensitive skin, test on a small area (inner arm) for half a day to check for adverse reactions before full use.
- Do not repeatedly apply to the same area.
- Do not keep the patch on for more than 24 hours.
- Ensure the skin is dry and clean before application.
- Do not use other topical medications on the same area simultaneously.
- Wipe off sweat or moisture from the area before applying.

**Ingredients (per 100g of patch):**
- Diclofenac sodium: 2.0g
- L-menthol: 3.5g
- Nonyl alcohol vanillylamide: 0.01g
- Additives include styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, terpene resin, BHT, polyisobutylene, liquid paraffin, and two other components.

**Storage and Handling**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers.
- Do not use expired products.
- Store unused patches in the original bag, fold the opening securely.
