Noshin Eye Headache Medicine contains two types of pain-relieving ingredients that produce a synergistic effect, providing quick and effective relief from headaches.

- Contains acetaminophen and ibuprofen, which act respectively on the central nervous system transmitting pain and on peripheral causes of pain.
- Does not contain ingredients that cause drowsiness.
- Does not contain caffeine.
- Small, easy-to-swallow film-coated tablets.

1. Have had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.
2. Have experienced asthma triggered by this drug or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines.
3. Are under 15 years old.
4. Are pregnant within 12 weeks of the expected delivery date.

**While Taking This Medication, Do Not**
- Take other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives.

**Consultation Required**

2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller as there may be side effects:
- **Skin:** Rash, redness, itching, bruising.
- **Digestive system:** Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool.
- **Nervous system:** Dizziness, headache.
- **Circulatory system:** Palpitations.
- **Respiratory system:** Shortness of breath.
- **Others:** Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, eyelid swelling, nosebleed, gum bleeding, bleeding that is hard to stop, bleeding, back pain, excessive hypothermia, fatigue.

Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek medical attention immediately.
- **Anaphylactic shock:** Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness appear immediately after taking.
- **Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis:** High fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small pustules on red skin, persistent or rapidly worsening fatigue, loss of appetite.
- **Liver dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- **Kidney impairment:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
- **Aseptic meningitis:** Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (more common in those treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).
- **Interstitial pneumonia:** Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.
- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
- **Aplastic anemia:** Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, hematuria.
- **Agranulocytosis:** Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.

3. If any of the following symptoms occur, stop use and consult a healthcare professional:
- Constipation.

4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.

**Efficacy and Indications**
- Relief of headache, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), toothache, neuralgia, joint pain, lower back pain, shoulder stiffness, sore throat, ear pain, post-extraction pain, muscle pain, bruises, sprains, fractures, and other injuries.
- Fever reduction and relief of chills and fever.

Please take the following amount, preferably avoiding on an empty stomach.
Maintain at least a 4-hour interval between doses.

**Precautions on Usage and Dosage**
- Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.
- How to take the tablets:
As shown in the diagram, press firmly on the convex part of the PTP sheet containing the tablets with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow.
(Accidentally swallowing the whole tablet without breaking may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other unforeseen accidents.)

**Ingredients and Quantities**
Contents per 2 tablets:
- Ibuprofen: 150 mg — suppresses the formation of pain and fever-causing substances.
- Acetaminophen: 65 mg — acts on the central nervous system to quickly reduce pain and fever.

Additives include hydroxypropyl cellulose, CMC-Ca, anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, polyvinyl alcohol-acrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer, titanium dioxide, talc, and carnauba wax.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or deterioration).
