**Product Details**

Features:

**Precautions for Use**

**Do not use if:**
(These precautions are necessary to prevent worsening of current symptoms or increased risk of side effects)
1. You have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.
2. You have experienced asthma caused by this medication or other antipyretic/analgesic drugs, cold medicines.
3. You are under 15 years old.
4. You are pregnant within 12 weeks of your expected delivery date.

**While taking this medication, do not:**
Use other antipyretic/analgesic drugs, cold medicines, or sedatives.
Do not consume alcohol before or after taking the medication.
Do not use for long-term continuous treatment.

**Consultation required before use:**
1. Before taking, consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller if you are:
- Under medical or dental treatment.
- Pregnant or suspect pregnancy.
- Breastfeeding.
- Elderly.
- Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- Diagnosed with: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.

**Affected areas and symptoms:**
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, bruising.
- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool.
- Nervous system: Dizziness.
- Circulatory system: Palpitations.
- Respiratory system: Shortness of breath.
- Others: Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, nosebleed, gum bleeding, bleeding that is hard to stop, bleeding, back pain, excessive hypothermia, fatigue.

Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
**Serious symptoms include:**
- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Symptoms appear immediately after taking the medication, including skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.
- **Stevens-Johnson syndrome / Toxic epidermal necrolysis:** High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash/redness that persists or worsens rapidly.
- **Liver dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- **Kidney impairment:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
- **Aseptic meningitis:** Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (more common in those treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).
- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
- **Aplastic anemia:** Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.
- **Agranulocytosis:** Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.

3. After taking the medication, symptoms such as constipation may appear. If these persist or worsen, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.

4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

**Efficacy and Indications:**
- Pain relief for headache, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), toothache, post-extraction pain, sore throat, joint pain, neuralgia, lower back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, bruises, sprains.
- Fever reduction and antipyretic effects during chills and fever.

**Usage and Dosage:**
＜Usage and Dosage＞
＜Adults (15 years and older)＞
- 1 tablet per dose, up to 2 times a day.
- Take with water or warm water, preferably on an empty stomach.
- Maintain at least 6 hours between doses.

＜Under 15 years＞
- Do not use.

**Precautions on Usage and Dosage:**
1. Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and instructions.
2. How to take out the tablet:
- As shown in the diagram, press firmly on the protruding part of the PTP (press-through package) sheet containing the tablet with your fingertips, tear open the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet for use.
- Accidentally swallowing the tablet whole or improper handling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa.

**Ingredients and Quantities:**
This medication contains, per tablet:
- Isopropylantipyrine (pyrazolone derivative): 150 mg — Relieves pain and reduces fever.
- Ibuprofen: 50 mg — Suppresses the cause of pain and fever (substance responsible for symptoms).
- Anhydrous caffeine: 50 mg — Enhances the analgesic effect.

Additives: Cross carmellose sodium, hypromellose, cellulose, anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, talc, lactose.
