浮世絵師 葛飾北斎による富嶽三十六景のうち凱風快晴(通称 赤富士)と神奈川沖浪裏(通称 なみうら)をミニチュアの二曲の屏風に仕立てました。題材となる赤富士・浪裏は一色一色刷りかさねた木版印刷により色鮮やかに印刷されています。また周りの縁となる部分は、緞子(どんす)柄の豪華金襴生地を用いています。また、屏風の四隅は金色の金具によってよりいっそうの豪華さを引き立てています。すべて手作業により、仕上げています。
