This product is manufactured and listed by iPresence Co., Ltd. (Japan). Ordering, payment, international shipping and returns are handled by ZenPlus, operated by ZenGroup Inc.

■ What's in the box
- kubi 2.0 main unit
- Base plate (metal): a round plate attached to the bottom of the unit for stability
- User manual
- Tablet mounting position guide: a template for attaching the metal plate in the correct position on the back of your tablet
- Tablet mounting magnets (metal plates) × 2: attach to the back of your tablet to connect it magnetically to kubi 2.0
- USB Type-C power cable
- AC adapter for charging (Type A plug)
- Tablet charging adapters × 2 types (L-shaped and U-shaped): route the cable neatly behind the tablet when charging it during use
- kubi ID sticker: shows your unit's individual kubi ID, which you will need to control kubi 2.0 with the "Robot-Stand Connect" app. Stick it anywhere convenient, such as on the back of the unit.
* An iPad/tablet is NOT included. Please prepare your own.
* The carrying bag is sold separately and is not available on this page.

■ Compatible tablets
kubi 2.0 is normally intended for use with iPads that support iPadOS 13.0 or later (iPad mini / iPad / iPad Air / iPad Pro).
- Portrait: screen size (diagonal) of 12 inches or less
- Landscape: screen size (diagonal) of 13 inches or less
- Tablet and case must weigh 750 g or less in total
* If you develop your own app, kubi 2.0 can also be used with other tablets, such as Windows or Android tablets. For details, please contact iPresence ([email protected]).

■ App
Control kubi 2.0's head remotely with the free app "Robot-Stand Connect".
- On site (kubi 2.0's tablet): install it on the iPad from the App Store (Bluetooth and location access required)
- Remote side: use the browser version in Google Chrome on a computer or smartphone (no installation needed)
- Languages: Japanese, English
* Robot-Stand Connect has no video call function. Please use it together with a call app such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex.
* If you would like to use a paid app with a built-in video call function, or to develop an integration between kubi 2.0 and your own in-house app or service, please contact iPresence ([email protected]).

■ Power
USB Type-C power. About 4 hours of cordless use on a full charge (varies with use).
The included AC adapter is a Japan/US type (Type A plug). Input: [AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz]
If you use it in another country, you will need to prepare a plug adapter yourself. Please check the plug type used in your country before purchasing.

■ Built-in battery and shipping
This product contains a built-in lithium-ion polymer battery (3.7 V / 2000 mAh / 7.4 Wh, 1 cell). The battery has passed UN38.3 transport testing.
Please contact ZenPlus before purchasing to confirm whether and how it can be shipped to you, and the cost.

■ Customs duties and import taxes
Customs duties and import taxes may apply in your country. The amount is determined by your country's customs authority and charged to you by the carrier, for example on delivery (not at checkout on ZenPlus).

■ Wireless and regulatory compliance
kubi 2.0 connects to the iPad via Bluetooth.
- Certified: Japan (TELEC), USA (FCC), Canada (ISED), Australia and New Zealand (RCM)
In other countries and regions, use of this radio device may not be permitted by law. Please check your local regulations before purchasing.

■ Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty coverage is determined after we review how the product was used and the nature of the problem.
Shipping costs for repair or replacement (including international shipping) may not be covered by the warranty.
If you experience a problem, please contact iPresence first ([email protected]).
The iPad is not covered by the warranty.

■ Cancellations and returns
Cancellations and returns follow ZenPlus terms.
- Orders cannot be canceled more than 2 hours after they are placed.
- If you wish to return an item, you must contact ZenPlus in advance (items returned without prior contact are not eligible for a refund).
- Claims regarding items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
