火鍋の食べ方
キットを使った火鍋の作り方をご説明します。
【オススメの具材】
・お好みのきのこ各種
・ニラ、小松菜、みつ葉、万ネギ、長ネギ、白菜など
6cm程にカットして混ぜ、水につけてから水気を切っておく
・スライスしたお肉（豚、牛、ラムがオススメ）
※白身系のお魚も合います!!

①スープ1袋（3~4人前）に500mlの水を加えて鍋へ。
②大きなスパイス（カエンペッパー・四川とうがらし・シナモン・ナツメ）は 直接鍋へ投入。
細かいスパイスは袋に入れてから鍋へ。
※細かいスパイスは袋に入れることで、最後の〆の麺やぞうすいまで美味しく食べられます。
③ スープが煮立ってきたら具材をドバっと入れ、もうひと煮立ちしきのこやお肉類に火が通ってきたらOK！
④ 〆には雑炊も良いですが、中華麺が特にオススメです。
