縫製に使われている糸はアメリカ製のワックスレースを使用しています。
ワックスレースはアメリカ製のブーツなどにも用いられている強度の強い糸です。
堅牢な縫製糸を採用しています。
使用しているレザーはベンズレザーです。
ベンズレザーは牛の腰からおしりの部位にかけての部分。
馬革でいうコードバンにあたる部位で、牛革の中でも最高ランクに属します。
原産は北米で、国内の厚革に対応する数少ないタンナーがVintage Works（ヴィンテージワークス）専用に時間をかけて鞣しています。
Vintage Worksのベルトには、1992年の創業当時から製造順にロットナンバーの織りネームが縫い付けてあります。
生産時期によりロットナンバーの位置が異なります。

床に置いてバックルの付け根部分（レザーの端）から普段ピンを通している穴までの距離を測ります。
下記サイズはバックル付け根から適正なホールまでの長さになります。

5ホールのベルトですと、バックル側から数えて2から3番目が理想的な位置です。
7ホールのベルトですと、バックル側から数えて3から4番目が理想的な位置です。
上の数値は、理想的な位置までの長さになります。
普段お使いのベルトを計測頂き、上記数値内で収まるサイズがお客様のジャストサイズになります。
計測した数値が各サイズの間の数値の場合は近い方の数値をお勧めします。
ホール間の距離は全サイズ共通で1インチ＝約2,5cmになります。
