We've added sake lees from junmai daiginjo sake to our "Tsuku-dama" for a snack that has the refreshing scent and sweet taste of sake.

Extremely useful for preventing summer heat stroke! Can also be used to make onigiri or a cup of tea. It comes in a zippered pouch that fits in the palm of your hand, making it perfect for slipping into a bag. Containing no added preservatives, this is something a little different to carry with you.
