自然の土と有機肥料だけで育まれた熟成したコーヒー豆だけを使用し、本来の旨味を引き出すために“じっくり焙煎"しました。上質な苦みの中にしっかりとした旨みを引き出した味わい深い通好みの味わいです。深煎りタイプ。挽いてあります。《有機JAS認定商品》原料から製品に至るまでの全ての工程において有機JAS規格に適合しており、日本分析センターにより認定を受けた商品です。
使用方法
1.メジャースプーンすりきり1杯(8~10g)を一人前として人数分入れ、粉を平らにして下さい。2.熱湯(95℃くらいのお湯)を粉全体がしめる程度に注ぎ、その後30秒蒸らします。3.粉の中心部3分の2を中心に円を描くようにゆっくり何回かに分けて注ぎ、人数分抽出して下さい。
