■How to Use
1. Hold the product in front of your chest so that it looks like the letter "ハ" (ha).
2. Turn your palms outward to reverse your hands, so that the "ハ" shape is inverted.
3. While spreading your arms, pass the product over your head and bring it to the back.
4. Place the "ハ" shape part around the lower edge of the shoulder blades, insert your elbows into the rings.
5. Wear it over your shoulders like a backpack, then adjust the twist as needed.
