1. This medication contains ingredients that make it difficult for blood clots (blood clots) to dissolve. Therefore, be aware of early symptoms of thrombosis*.*Early symptoms of thrombosis include: severe headache, speech disturbances, persistent chest pain or tightness for more than 10 minutes, sudden shortness of breath, calf pain or swelling, unexplained sudden difficulty breathing, transient loss of consciousness with chest pain, etc.
2. Do not take continuously for more than 2 months. However, as a guideline to see the effect, take for about 1 month.
3. If symptoms recur after stopping, you may take again, but wait at least 2 months before resuming. Also, do not continue taking for more than 2 months after restarting.
4. The degree of improvement of dark spots varies among individuals, and this medication does not work for everyone. Even if effective, it does not necessarily mean the dark spots will completely disappear.

【用法・用量】次の量を水又はお湯で服用して下さい。
年齢1回量1日服用回数
成人（15歳以上）2錠2回食後に服用して下さい。15歳未満服用しないで下さい。
【使用上の留意点】（1）用法・用量を厳守して下さい。（2）錠剤の取り出し方：錠剤の入っているPTPシートの凸部を指先で強く押して裏面のアルミ箔を破り，取り出して服用して下さい。（誤ってそのまま飲み込んだりすると，食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながります）

1.次の人は服用しないで下さい。透析療法を受けている人（けいれんがあらわれることがあります）
2.本剤を服用している間は，次の医薬品を服用しないで下さい。トラネキサム酸を含有する内服薬

■相談すること
1.次の人は服用前に医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。（1）医師又は歯科医師の治療を受けている人（2）妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人（3）授乳中の人（4）55歳以上の人（5）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人（6）血栓症のある人（脳血栓，心筋梗塞，血栓性静脈炎，肺塞栓症等）（7）血栓症を起こすおそれのある人（以前に血栓症にかかったことがある人，家族が血栓症を起こした人，医師から先天性の凝固異常症を指摘されたことがある人，経口避妊薬・ホルモン補充療法などの血栓症を起こすおそれのある薬を服用している人）（8）次の診断を受けた人腎臓病
2.服用後，次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性がありますので，直ちに服用を中止し，この文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。
関係部位：症状皮膚：発疹・発赤,かゆみ消化器：吐き気・嘔吐,腹痛,食欲不振,胸やけ循環器：動悸精神神経系：頭痛,めまい
3.服用後，次の症状があらわれることがありますので，このような症状の持続又は増強が見られた場合には，服用を中止し，この文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談して下さい。下痢
4.ご自分のしみが，本剤の効能・効果である肝斑かどうかの識別が難しい場合，また，色が黒ずんでおり，色調が不均一で，表面が隆起したようなしみ状のものがある場合は専門の皮膚科医に相談して下さい。

その他の注意:■その他の注意
1.本剤は，血栓（血液が固まったもの）を溶けにくくする作用のある成分を含んでいます。そのため，血栓症の初期症状※に注意して下さい。※血栓症の初期症状とは:激しい頭痛・舌のもつれ，10分以上続く締め付けられるような胸の痛み・突然の息切れ，片足のふくらはぎの痛み・むくみ，原因不明の突然の呼吸困難・胸の痛みを伴う一過性の意識消失等
2.2カ月間を超えて続けて服用しないで下さい。ただし，お薬の効果がわかる目安として1カ月程度は服用しましょう。
3.服用中止後に再発した場合は，また服用できますが，再開までに最低2カ月はあけて下さい。また，服用を再開してからも2カ月間を超えて続けて服用しないで下さい。
4.しみの改善の程度には個人差があり，本剤は誰にでも効果があるわけではありません。また，効果があった場合も，しみが完全に消えるわけではありません。
